How We Can Work Together

Your therapeutic journey should be as unique as you are, shaped around your experiences, your context, and your specific goals.

Each process I offer is designed to meet you where you are, offering space for deep reflection, clear direction, and practical growth you can sustain.

Below you’ll find three ways we can work together. You can explore each in more depth on its dedicated page, or begin with a short introductory call to discover which approach fits best.

Goal-Setting for Global Living

Living abroad can awaken new perspectives—and unexpected challenges. Whether you’re adapting to a new culture, navigating relationships across distances, or redefining your sense of purpose, therapeutic support can help you stay grounded while continuing to grow.

In these sessions, we focus on:

  • Goal-setting for global living — aligning your daily life with your deeper values, so your travel feels purposeful, not just reactive.

  • Addressing common challenges like expat loneliness, post-trip blues, and cross-cultural adjustment.

  • Understanding how transitions affect not only you, but your relationships and family dynamics.

You’ll leave with tools to create belonging wherever you are, and a clearer sense of direction for your next chapter.

Counseling for Mental Health & Well-Being

Self-Discovery & Proactive Well-Being

You don’t need a crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people come simply to deepen self-understanding, clarify purpose, or bring more balance into their daily lives.

Using principles from Positive Psychology, our work focuses on your existing strengths—the parts of you that already support growth—to translate insight into tangible action.

In these sessions, we might explore:

  • Deepening self-understanding by exploring emotional and behavioral patterns

  • Practical strategies for maintaining well-being, emotional balance, and resilience.

  • Next steps that truly reflect your values, strengths, and personality.

Together, we'll ensure growth feels tangible, not theoretical.

Counseling for Parents & Family Support

Stability and Connection in Changing Environments

Parenting brings constant change—new stages, new questions, and often new distance between family members. Whether you’re raising children abroad or navigating transitions at home, this service provides a supportive place to reflect and reconnect.

These sessions may include:

  • Parental counseling focused on improving communication, emotional understanding, and responsive attachment.

  • Guidance on child development and learning, especially when supporting children through cross-cultural or educational transitions.

  • Tailored programs that strengthen family relationships and build stability in multicultural settings.

You’ll gain practical tools to respond to challenges with clarity and confidence—so your family can thrive in any setting.
