Goal Setting for Global Living

Using principles from positive psychology and logotherapy, we clarify your personal values and goals so that your day-to-day choices reflect what matters most.

How We Work

We’ll also work through themes such as:

  • Adapting to new cultures and routines

  • Maintaining relationships across distance

  • Building resilience and self-trust in unfamiliar environments

  • Processing reverse culture shock, expat loneliness, or “post-trip blues”

What You’ll Gain

You’ll leave sessions with greater clarity, practical coping tools, and a renewed sense of purpose—so that you feel at home wherever you are.

Each 50-minute session is €40. (The first 20–30 minute introductory call is free of charge.)
