These sessions are designed to help you pause, loo inward, and build the inner skills that make life richer and more balanced.
Our Focus
Drawing on positive psychology and person-centered therapy, we'll work collaboratively to:
Identify and strengthen your existing character strengths and resources
Explore choices and goals that align with your values
Develop strategies for emotional regulation and self-care
Address self-doubt, motivation, or meaning-related questions
Why It Helps
When you understand your patterns and values, change becomes self-directed rather than imposed. You'll gain tools to handle challenges with flexibility and confidence—turning insight into daily practice.
Each 50-minute session is €40. (The first 20–30 minute introductory call is free of charge.)
